Raw Video Footage

Raw video footage may not be provided in your package. Please check your contract for details.

If you ordered raw video footage, this guide explains how to download the files. Please be aware of the expiration deadline to download, because the files may be deleted forever after the expiration date.

It's easy to download the footage. The files are huge, so be prepared to dedicate several hours to downloading. You do NOT need special software to download, but you may need professional video software to view the files. We suggest Adobe Premiere Pro, FinalCut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve (which is free). These are professional video files and may not play on basic consumer software such as iMovie.

Step 1. Open each folder.
Step 2. Once inside the folder, download each video file one-by-one, by clicking the three dots.
Step 3. Download the "Original" version to your computer for each file.

Important: You must download each file separately. You will not be able to download an entire folder at once, or you'll receive an error message saying you need the 'Iconik Agent.'
