It's important to keep all planning and logistics communication in 1 place. That's why we use your Client Portal for messages (and not texting or phone calls). We promise it's not because we're trying to be hard to reach. And we are VERY human! (No AI whatsoever!!)

Our photographers and videographers have asked us to handle the planning/logistics communication. Our photographers and videographers are constantly working at other weddings, engagements, elopements, photo sessions, and traveling to workshops, events and paid assignments -- sometimes outside of cell range. We don't want you to send a text message to your photographer and not get a reply for days and days. That's why we built the Client Portal so you can get FAST replies.

Many couples book packages with up to 4 team members. It's really important that everyone is in the loop. If you texted your lead photographer some important information, they might forget to text the other three team members. That's why the Client Portal helps enormously. We make sure every team member at your wedding has the most correct, most up to date logistics and information.

This process also helps during an emergency change. We have great back-up plans, so we can replace a photographer or videographer in an emergency. It's important that all the key information is in your Client Portal so a replacement can have the same correct information if necessary.

We're known for our consistency. Believe it or not, we don't have portfolios for individual photographers on our team. They don't exist! That's because they'd look essentially the same.

We have an extremely rigorous recruiting, hiring, coaching and editing process. In fact, all of our photos are edited by one (1) single editing team!

All of the photos you see on our website and social media come from all of our team members! Your photos will look like the examples in our portfolio.

We're so consistent because of our rigorous process. We also only have a small team of photographers in each city. We only work with photographers who are similar to our style in the first place, and then we coach and train as necessary to be even more consistent.
